RETURN POLICY

We do not accept any items that are worn, washed, altered, stained, bodysuits, or swimwear. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however we will gladly issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card if you are unhappy with your purchase. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be requested no more than 7 days after the order was received/marked as delivered.

 Returned items must be in original packaging and must not be worn, washed, altered, or stained. Please send your items back within 5 days of your return approval. When returning, we recommend using a carrier with a tracking capabilities. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and issue your store credit. 

 

 IN-STORE PURCHASES/ PICK UP ORDERS

Please note that items purchased in store and orders placed for in store pick up are non returnable. Please inspect your items and ensure the correct fit before completing your purchase.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. 

If there is anything wrong with your order or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

TakeTwo Gallery reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, TakeTwo Gallery reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
