Return & Exchange Policy

Please use the return portal to begin the return process. We do not accept any items that are worn, washed, altered, stained, bodysuits, or swimwear. SALE and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however we will issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card if you are unhappy with your purchase. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs, package protection and insurance purchased for the initial order is nonrefundable. Returns may be requested no more than 10 days after the order was received/marked as delivered.

 Returned items must be in original packaging and must not be worn, washed, altered, or stained. Please send your items back within 7 days of your return approval. Returns after the 7 day window may not be accepted and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned that are not approved or in unacceptable condition will not be credited. 

When returning items, we recommend using a carrier with tracking capabilities. Please allow up to 3-4 business days to inspect and process your return and issue your store credit. 


Merchandise purchased as a BUY ONE GET ONE promotional offer may be returned only if both products are returned and neither item is on clearance. If both products are not returned in wearable condition, a store credit will not be issued.


Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. 

If there is anything wrong with your order or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

TakeTwo Gallery reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, TakeTwo Gallery reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
