I have not received an order confirmation email.

Please check both your spam and junk folder for your order confirmation email. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after an order is successfully placed. Please contact us via email to inquire about your order status if you have not received an email.

How can I track my order?

After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 

I need my order ASAP. Do you offer express shipping options?

At this time we do not offer express shipping options due to COVID19 carrier delays.

How do I return an item?

Please note that returns may only be requested within 7 days after your order has been delivered. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and stain free.

Have you received my returned items? When will my credit be issued?

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your returned items and issue a store credit. The store credit will be emailed to the email address used to place the order.

What is your shipping policy?

After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is shipped. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days depending on carrier capability. All orders are shipped via USPS.

I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

Our team is working diligently to quickly process and ship out your order. You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, the order is considered final- no exceptions. 

Please send us an email at support@taketwogallery.com within24 hours we will try our best to accommodate you. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order.

What is considered final sale?

All sunglasses, bodysuits and clearance/sale items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

I haven't received my order but it shows delivered. What should I do?

If your tracking information states your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim. TakeTwo Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Additionally, you may opt in for Route Shipping Insurance when placing an order. Shipping insurance covers packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.

What is Route Shipping Insurance? Should I purchase it?

TakeTwo Gallery is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the event that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please check both your spam and junk folder for email correspondence. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number.

I received a damaged item or my order is incorrect. What should I do?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if your order is incorrect or damaged. Please send a photo of the damaged item to support@taketwogallery.com and we will remedy the situation.
