How can I track my order?
After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
I need my order ASAP. Do you offer express shipping options?
At this time we do not offer express shipping options due to COVID19 carrier delays.
How do I return an item?

Please note that returns may only be requested within 7 days after your order has been delivered. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and stain free.
Have you received my returned items? When will my credit be issued?
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your returned items and issue a store credit. The store credit will be emailed to the email address used to place the order.
What is your shipping policy?
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is shipped. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days depending on carrier capability.
What is considered final sale?
All sunglasses, bodysuits and clearance items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
My order hasn't been delivered. What should I do?
Please ensure that your address is formatted correctly when you place your order. Please enter your full address with the correct abbreviations to ensure a timely delivery. We are not responsible for packages returned to sender due to an incorrectly supplied address. If you realize your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We may be able to correct the address if the package has not been shipped yet. In the event that your order is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
TakeTwo Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information states your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. By completing a purchase with us you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an order a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please check both your spam and junk folder for email correspondence. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number.
I received a damaged item or my order is incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if your order is incorrect or damaged. Please send a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remedy the situation.
