How do I return?

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are final sale/non returnable?

• Sale and clearance items 
• Bodysuits and accessories
• Washed, worn, or damaged items 
• Items not in original packaging

How soon will I get my store credit?

• Please. allow 3-4 business days to inspect your returned items and issue your store credit. Store crefit will be issued to the email address on file.

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

Can I return items purchased on BOGO promotion?

• Merchandise purchased as a BUY ONE GET ONE promotional offer may be returned only if both products are returned and neither item is on clearance. If both products are not returned in wearable condition, a store credit will not be issued.
